Document, Deck & Spreadsheet QA Specialist (Remote, Contract, AI training) — Ethos AI via AI Gig Scout

Ethos AI is working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced document, spreadsheet and slide-deck QA specialists who can help train its latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet and slide deck tasks. Pay is $70/hour, with a flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), fully remote on your own schedule, starting ASAP.

Qualifications: 5+ years in a QA, editorial or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for accuracy, formatting and consistency before external delivery; a sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures and formatting drift across Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides); expert-level document, spreadsheet and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.How it works: Ethos' public application form asks for your first name, last name, email and LinkedIn profile, plus a CV/resume. You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows: board-ready slide deck formatting reviews, financial model and spreadsheet formula audits, executive memo proofing passes, brand and template compliance checklists, client-facing proposal document reviews and cross-document consistency trackers.
