Enterprise Client Partner, Frontier AI (Remote, Full-time) — Micro1 via AI Gig Scout

micro1 is hiring an Enterprise Client Partner, Frontier AI: a full-time, remote role with a national base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, plus equity eligibility, possible performance-based bonuses and a benefits package (health-insurance premium reimbursement up to 100%, paid time off, 401(k) with company match). The team works with leading AI labs and enterprise teams on evaluation systems, RL environments and human data pipelines.

You will source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations, lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows and RLHF pipelines, translate research and engineering needs into well-scoped human data and evaluation programs, structure and negotiate complex high-value agreements, work with product, research and operations on delivery, and drive account expansion.

Requirements: the ability to communicate fluently with ML engineers and research teams; experience selling AI/ML, developer tools or deeply technical products; a strong record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals; familiarity with model evaluation, RLHF or RL environments; a structured, hypothesis-driven approach and high agency. Preferred: experience with human data pipelines, frontier model development or benchmarking, AI labs, and enterprise procurement.
