Position Summary

We're seeking a sharp, energized, polished sales consultant with deep luxury automotive experience and a talent for data-driven lead generation. You’ll engage high-end clientele with precision and professionalism, leveraging analytical insight and polished presentation to consistently exceed sales goals and elevate the Acura brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new and used vehicle sales with exceptional customer service and consultative selling.
  • Use CRM and data-mining tools to target and nurture high-potential leads.
  • Analyze past sales data and customer behaviors to develop strategic outreach (email, phone, digital).
  • Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and lead persuasive, informed test drives.
  • Navigate sophisticated financing and incentives with transparency and expertise.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to align campaigns with data insights.
  • Maintain brand-appropriate image, presence, and demeanor—embody the “luxury” in luxury automotive retail.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in luxury automotive sales (Acura, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, etc.)
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and data-mining or lead-scoring techniques
  • Energetic "people person" with goal-driven focus, polished and professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Outstanding communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record; High school diploma or higher
