Pride Health is hiring a Case Manager RN to support our client’s medical facility in West Hollywood, CA . This is a 13-week assignment (with the Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great opportunity to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Case Manager RN

Location: 8700 Beverly Blvd, Bldg B-227, West Hollywood, CA 90048

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Type: Inpatient Specialty Program | Acute Care

Position Overview:

Cedars-Sinai Medical Network is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to support inpatient care coordination. This role is ideal for RNs with a background in discharge planning, care transitions, and utilization review in an acute hospital setting.\

Key Requirements:

• Active California RN License
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of hospital-based case management experience
• Strong knowledge of HMO & Medicare guidelines
• EPIC experience required
• Experience using InterQual/Milliman criteria preferred
• Weekend shifts every other weekend; no on-call required

Preferred Experience:

• Teaching and/or community hospital experience
• Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, DRGs, CPT/ICD-10 coding
• Working knowledge of national safety goals and regulatory guidelines

Facility Details:

Daily Census: ~255 patients

Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Orientation: 16 hours

Charting System: EPIC
