Position Overview

The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing relationships with our client partners.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day liaison to clients for all projects
• Stay up to date on client activities in order to keep our team informed of deliverables
• Manage projects with production team
• Writing for website copy, social media, email blasts and marketing plans
• Publish content to websites, social media and email blasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in strategic marketing, mass communications or related field
• Two years experience as an account coordinator or writer
• Positive attitude, ability to keep up with fast-paced business environment
