Now Hiring: Contracts Manager – Hybrid (Middletown, CT)

We are partnered with a growing aerospace manufacturer poised for strategic expansion. This is a newly created Contracts Manager role that will play a key part in shaping the company’s contractual framework and supporting future acquisitions.


Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid schedule – 3 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (customer, vendor, supplier, NDAs, MOUs)
  • Advise stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and negotiation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and industry regulations
  • Manage contract records and ensure timely renewals or amendments
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations on agreements
  • Support compliance audits and assist with dispute resolution


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years of contract management experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred)
  • Skilled negotiator with strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Adept at working independently and within cross-functional teams
