Role Overview
This is a new position selling our brand new corporate membership tier. For the past couple years we've been refining our social membership and we've gotten many requests for corporate membership and we're finally ready to role out a monthly subscription for corporate.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in crafting creative solutions to reach out to convert prospects into new corporate members.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Meet or exceed monthly private event sales targets, contributing to a personal annual goal of upwards of $1million in revenue.
• Develop and execute a proactive outbound strategy to fill our pipeline with targets
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to measure success of the membership program.
• Work with other team members to turn existing event clients into permanent corporate clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where quick thinking and flexibility are essential.
What's Maxwell?
Maxwell is the actually social social club, event venue and creative agency. We're building the next generation of social clubs that function more like the adult fraternal orgs we used to have, the Italian American Clubs or Rotarians/Kiwanis, etc. -- like an actual group of friends.
