Position: Customer Experience Manager
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a senior customer success or customer experience role. Previous e-commerce experience is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Type: Full-time; Direct hire
