Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 100% on-site

Job Description:

The HR Customer Experience Associate will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to human resources, benefits, and policies. This role will handle requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional service while maintaining detailed case records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, offering guidance on HR-related topics and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the HR case management system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Enter, update, and retrieve information in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, policy navigation, and general HR processes.
  • Direct requests outside of scope to appropriate HR specialists or supervisors.
  • Maintain thorough records of discussions and actions taken for future reference.
  • Support HR initiatives such as open enrollment and policy updates.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in HR, healthcare, or a contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with Oracle or Epic a plus).
  • General understanding of HR, benefits, or payroll processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
