Title : Customer Service Executive - Hauling
Location : North Bergen, NJ (On-Site)
Salary : $60,000 – $65,000 base + Benefits Package
Join a well-established and growing family hauling business based in North Bergen, NJ. We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering and responding to incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Creating and managing simple work orders in a timely, accurate manner
- Providing friendly and professional communication to customers and internal teams
- Ensuring all details are recorded correctly — being detail-oriented is essential
- Supporting dispatch and operations teams as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience (waste, logistics, or transportation a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using basic systems and handling multiple channels of communication
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be based near North Bergen, NJ — this is an on-site role
