We are searching for Customer Service Rep I on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract assignment. (W-2)

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Initiates customer interest for new residential solar systems
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding solar systems from prospective and existing residential customers
- Qualify leads and guide customers through the initial steps of the solar sales process
- Identify customer needs and educate them on product benefits including rooftop solar systems, battery storage
- Explains billing and customer service-related residential customer inquiries
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and prior inquiries to drive conversion rates
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule on-site or virtual solar consultations, site assessments, and installation appointments.
- Coordinate with field technicians, solar consultants, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and timely execution.
- Monitor scheduling queue and optimize appointment slots based on geographic routing and technician availability.
- Provide updates to Sales and Product teams
