We are members of the Better Business Bureau and Home Builders Association of Louisville, and our electricians are licensed and insured in both Kentucky and Indiana. We have several master electricians on staff to ensure that all installations and repairs are performed to code. We are committed to providing quality, cost-effective, and timely service to our customers!

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general administrative support.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Service titan experience preferred
