路 Answer inbound phone calls in a timely professional manner
路 Effectively develop rapport to establish potential client relationships
路 Timely follow up at Sales Representatives request or customer request
路 Effective and professional communication with customers and Sales Force
路 Professionally and effective solve customer immediate problems
路 Professionally and effectively answer incoming E-Commerce Chats from customers
路 Professionally and effectively answer incoming ProKeep Texts from the sales force
路 Other additional tasks as needed
路 Familiarity and skilled in using computer system (which is to include: SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the internet)
路 Skilled in product knowledge
路 Organizational skills in task management
路 Effective communication and customer management skills
路 Ability to remain objective in stress situations
