Job Responsibility:

  • Candidates will need to work all 5 days in the office for the first 2+ weeks to have them shadow others in the office before moving to a hybrid schedule.
  • SAP and B2B experience is highly preferred
  • Preferred: BA/BS degree
  • Preferred: 1-3 years business experience
  • Required: Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Preferred: SAP systems knowledge
  • Preferred: Sales Force system knowledge Incumbent should possess: Robust Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

Job Description:

  • Position may include receiving and placing telephone calls, performing data entry, maintaining customer relationships, processing and shipping of electronic and manual orders for our major retailers and serving as customer advocates to those retailers, and corresponding regularly with Field Force, NYO personnel, Brand Ops, MSL, Manufacturing, I&C, PIM and Physical Logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Position requires college degree or equivalent work experience preferred, a minimum of 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience in Customer Service, proficient skills in MS Office Suite, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, flexible work hours, knowledge of SAP a plus.
