Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, providing support through various channels, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experienc e and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriente d environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
