My client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Pennsauken, NJ area. This innovative company is committed to delivering exceptional products/services to their customers. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure that their customers receive top-notch service.
COMPENSATION: $$22.00 to $25.50 per hour
LOCATION: Pennsauken, NJ
SCHEDULE: 4x10 hour days (Monday -Thursday) – No Fridays!
MUST HAVE: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
MUST HAVE: 3+ years of proven experience in customer service or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to assist customers effectively
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products/services and overall customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience supporting senior executives is a plus
