Location: Mt. Prospect, IL area

Status: On-site 100% (Once training is complete, Hybrid option: 3 days in office, 2 days’ work from home).

Compensation range : $62,000 - $67,000 yearly + Bonus


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries (80-100 calls per day) about accounts, products, services, and order status.
  • Process orders, returns, credits, pricing adjustments, and shipping updates
  • Forward product/service complaints to internal teams for investigation
  • Provide basic product support and assist with diagnosing product issues
  • May suggest additional products/services to customers as appropriate


About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing customer support role preferred
  • Plumbing product knowledge is a plus
  • Confident working with both standard order workflows
  • Naturally curious, organized, and customer-first in your approach
