I am hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Sussex. This role is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2). This is a temp to hire opportunity. Compensation is $47,000.
Job Duties
- Manage incoming requests through CRM
- Provide support for any onsite visitors.
- Review order status to ensure accuracy and drive proactive customer outreach
- Manage inbound calls, outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, and maintain records utilizing our CRM
- Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions when handling customer requests.
- Communicate with other areas of the company with regards to customer questions and concerns
