- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, providing education on products and services.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications to deliver accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of Call Center experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and typing skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
