Work Environment: Office-based role with 10–15% travel
Description:
We’re seeking a Damage Prevention Analyst to support One Call ticket processing and triage for gas transmission pipelines across Canada and the US. This role is key to ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and triage One Call tickets within regulatory timelines
- Communicate with State and Provincial One Call Centers
- Notify Operations for locating and marking activities
- Identify potential risks along the pipeline corridor
- Support investigations of unauthorized activities
- Contribute to process improvements and program support
Qualifications:
- Related degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong map reading skills
- Knowledge of Canadian & US One Call regulations (811 / Click Before You Dig)
- Familiarity with One Call management systems and GIS tools is an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
