Our client, a major data/analytics company, is actively looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join their team in Duluth, GA! This is an onsite position, so only local applicants will be considered.
** This begins as a 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert to full time **
Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming responses from police agencies.
- Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases.
- Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Requiring some sedentary and physical labor.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to lift 40lbs., comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time, if necessary
- Experience in Criminal Justice, Insurance Claims, Call Center and /or police departments.
- Possess a HS Diploma required.
