Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position where you will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and resources necessary for providing comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Recognize, assess, and address the individual objectives and requirements of each patient.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, providing focused and individualized therapy sessions.
• Utilize your skills and experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings, to deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility, minimizing reliance on medications.
• Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's specific goals.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care that ensures patient satisfaction and improved health outcomes.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their treatment process, fostering a positive recovery experience.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle through the improvement of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in their recovery, guiding them toward improved physical function.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to create and execute exercise programs tailored to patients.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for documenting patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with specific treatment modalities or techniques such as dry needling or kinesiology taping is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
