A growing North Dallas Home Health Agency is seeking the assistance of HealthCare Recruiters International to find an experienced Home Health Director of Nursing, an RN with expertise in Clinical Education and Training in home health . This organization is owned by a clinician who seeks someone passionate about clinical care in home health and wants to train, guide, and mentor like-minded nurses.

Home Healthcare DON Qualifications:
- RN Texas license
- 2-3 years of supervisory/leadership, DON home healthcare management experience in home health
- 3. Attention to detail and a collaborative personality
Home Healthcare DON Responsibilities:
- Coach/mentor field clinicians on clinical processes and documentation, and help improve overall outcomes and clinician satisfaction
- Assist in innovation in clinical and back-office processes to improve company performance
- Lead on QAPI measures and initiatives
- Operate as a clinical leader company-wide
- Perform QA and billing audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
