Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of tailored treatment plans for patients, ensuring effective recovery protocols are followed.
  • Provide one-on-one hands-on therapy to patients, utilizing appropriate techniques such as therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery.
  • Educate patients on targeted exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to enhance their rehabilitation process.
  • Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, accurately documenting achievements, challenges, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care strategies that address the physical, emotional, and logistical needs of each patient.
  • Employ trigger point therapy techniques when appropriate, ensuring patients receive the most effective treatment for pain management and muscle tension relief.
  • Support initiatives focusing on occupational health, promoting workplace wellness and preventative measures as part of our holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse demographic, comprising patients of all ages with various orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • Current and active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) state license.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, enabling effective communication and understanding of patient needs.
  • Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
