Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care

Position Overview

Flexibility Plus Rehab is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. This role is situated in our outpatient office located in West Hartford, Connecticut. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients by providing high-quality, individualized care. Work Environment

The work environment at Flexibility Plus Rehab is collaborative and fast-paced, centered around providing the best outcomes for our patients. Our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and therapeutic tools designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation and promote a welcoming atmosphere. As our clinician, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, leveraging diverse expertise to support our clients' recovery journeys. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, using evidence-based practices to identify patient needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet established goals and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation of all patient interactions, including SOAP notes and treatment summaries, utilizing our company's electronic health record system efficiently.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plan, expected outcomes, and ways to support rehabilitation at home.
• Meet productivity objectives as set by the company while maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for patients participating in multiple therapy services.
• Promote and exemplify the organization's core values and culture, acting as an ambassador for Flexibility Plus Rehab.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults facing a wide range of diagnoses and challenges. You will engage with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Connecticut.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to helping patients of various ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and willingness to provide care in-person and via telehealth if clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation systems for patient care management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
