Urban Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team based in Clearwater, Florida. Work Environment

Your work will be conducted onsite at our outpatient office located in Clearwater, Florida. The facility features state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and a collaborative team environment that includes experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients' conditions through thorough evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans to address individual objectives.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, providing care to one patient per hour while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions focused on improving range of motion and mobility, utilizing advanced techniques that may include manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Develop and monitor individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote recovery, strengthen muscles, and enhance overall functionality.
• Educate patients about non-surgical options for treatment, reducing their reliance on medications and fostering healthier lifestyle choices.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessment and patient feedback, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, complying with all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to comprehensive patient care.

We primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes aiming to optimize performance, and those looking to manage chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• A valid Florida state license as a Physical Therapist is necessary to practice in our facility.
• Applicants should have a clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions reported against their license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and demonstrated expertise in exercise prescription are essential.
• Proficiency in using WebPT EMR software is highly favored, as it is integral to our patient management and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is advantageous, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or specialized manual therapy techniques will be viewed favorably.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster productive patient relationships and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring the well-being of our employees.
