LifeMotion Physical Therapy and Balance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. In this pivotal role, you will guide patients on their journey to recovery by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and improving their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging modern equipment and advanced therapeutic modalities. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that facilitate optimal recovery.
• Administer various therapeutic exercises and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, guiding them on proper techniques to encourage active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population of all ages. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals recovering from surgeries, dealing with chronic pain issues, and seeking relief from various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting; however, we encourage recent graduates who demonstrate a passion for patient care to apply.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative spirit to promote teamwork within our facility.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, along with familiarity with current rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

At LifeMotion Physical Therapy and Balance Center, we recognize the essential contributions of our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
