Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology to support our patients' healing journeys. Our team is composed of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual goals and treatment needs, ensuring a personalized approach to rehabilitation.
• Manage a caseload that includes one patient per hour, providing undivided attention and care during each session.
• Design and implement innovative treatment methodologies, actively encouraging functional improvement and mobility enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, planning sessions that are both engaging and effective.
• Utilize manual therapy and exercise regimens to help patients gain strength, flexibility, and overall physical wellness.
• Monitor treatment outcomes through regular assessments, ensuring progress is documented clearly in our EMR system.
• Maintain open communication with patients and their families, providing updates on their progress and encouraging their involvement in their care plan.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among clients through tailored wellness programs that enhance balance, coordination, and overall physical fitness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize the efficacy of patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Document all services and care provided in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from sports enthusiasts with injuries to those undergoing rehabilitation following surgical procedures. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques, with a strong foundation in therapeutic exercise design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, ideally including experience with platforms like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working within an orthopedic outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on sports rehabilitation or post-surgical recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate patients through their healing journey and to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient responses.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
