Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in a modern outpatient office located in Shelton, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations that include reviewing medical histories, performing detailed assessments, and documenting results with precision.
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement in goal setting and care decisions.
• Execute treatment protocols effectively and adaptively, responding to the unique needs of each patient based on evaluation findings and ongoing progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively, maintaining a holistic approach to each patient's health and well-being.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure quality of care.
• Engage in continuing education and training, remaining current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
