Key Responsibilities

• Implement personalized therapy programs designed by supervising physical therapists, aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities such as manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation in accordance with treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient treatments, responses, and progress using our advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Instruct patients in safe and effective techniques, postures, and home exercise programs to optimize their recovery and promote safety when exercising independently.
• Engage actively with the healthcare team, including physical therapists and clinic aides, to facilitate smooth patient flow and optimize service delivery.
• Observe and monitor patient progress; modify treatment plans as necessary and communicate significant changes in patient condition with supervising therapists and physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on care processes to enhance understanding and compliance with treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
