Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and challenges, and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with physician recommendations.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each patient's specific needs, ensuring optimal care and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers regarding rehabilitation techniques and ongoing home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment progress in compliance with established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to comprehensive patient care and support overall facility objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice specializes in serving a varied patient population, including those requiring orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, each presenting unique challenges and recovery goals, thereby enhancing your clinical expertise and versatility as a therapist.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as required by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer and word processing skills to maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in multiple specialty areas such as pediatric or sports rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Compensation and Benefits
