Flex & Move Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in the scenic Pahrump, Nevada. The work environment at Flex & Move Therapy is collaborative and patient-centered. Located in the vibrant community of Pahrump, Nevada, our rehabilitation facility offers a welcoming atmosphere where both therapists and patients work closely together. In addition to our team of physical therapists, you will collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
Our patients encompass a diverse range of conditions, including severe back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and issues related to balance and mobility. We cater to individuals of all ages, from young athletes to seniors, ensuring that our services are tailored to meet the needs of each unique patient. By offering personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, we strive to facilitate optimal recovery and improved life functionality for all patients.
While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as post-operative rehabilitation, geriatric care, or sports therapy will be especially valued. Familiarity with relevant electronic health record (EHR) systems and multihand therapeutic modalities can strengthen your application.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
