Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, determining their needs and developing personalized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly reassessing progress to confirm advancements in patient goals and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Maintain precise documentation including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about the treatment process, setting realistic expectations and providing continuous encouragement throughout their recovery.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute towards overall business objectives through strategic patient management and service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with team members in diverse therapeutic disciplines to optimize care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Promote and embody the values of Renew Motion Therapy, acting as a brand ambassador by embodying professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes children and adults from various backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, and chronic conditions, among others. Adapting your approach to fit the unique needs of every patient is crucial, as we aim to improve their physical capabilities and support their return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct assessments and treatments in person and via telehealth, adapting to clinical appropriateness.
• A strong desire and enthusiasm for working with a diverse population, embracing varying age groups, races, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Ability to be flexible and agile in a dynamic healthcare environment, responding to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $100,000 - $120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
