Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and the use of various modalities to alleviate pain and foster recovery.
  • Implement innovative treatment protocols aimed at enhancing the mobility, strength, and overall functional capabilities of patients.
  • Monitor, track, and document patient progress meticulously to adjust treatment plans as necessary and meet therapeutic goals.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, self-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices to optimize recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, neurological conditions, chronic pain syndromes, and more. Each patient presents unique challenges, requiring the development of specific, customized treatment plans that address their individual needs and goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
  • A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information understandably.
  • Proficiency in using electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A flexible approach to therapy, adjusting techniques and methodologies based on individual patient response.

Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy.
  • Experience designing and implementing home care therapy programs is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
