Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for various patients, identifying their specific needs and challenges.

• Regularly reassess patients to track clinical progress, adjusting treatment goals and methods as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document all treatments and care plans accurately using our electronic health record system, adhering to established timelines for documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, helping them navigate the challenges they may encounter.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and meet other key business objectives to contribute to the clinic's operational success.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
