Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and both heat and cold therapies to relieve pain and promote healing.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and proper exercise techniques, equipping them with tools to continue their recovery process at home.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Ensure that treatment areas are well-prepared, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies to support efficient therapy sessions.
• Engage in collaborative practice with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, coordinating efforts to optimize treatment outcomes and improve patient experiences.
• Offer emotional support to patients, creating a positive atmosphere that encourages motivation and resilience throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for their rights is prioritized in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Experience working in a rehabilitation center with a broad range of patient demographics is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits
