Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized patient care plans that utilize evidence-based practices to achieve individual goals.
• Provide hands-on therapies, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress, including responses to treatment and modifications to care plans as required.
• Engage in active communication with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices in physical therapy.
• Support the outreach and engagement initiatives of the facility to promote health awareness in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain disorders, and neurological conditions. Our focus is on holistic rehabilitation, taking into consideration the unique circumstances of each patient that contribute to their overall health and wellness. You will be instrumental in guiding each individual through their rehabilitation process by establishing trusting relationships and creating an encouraging atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, encompassing direct patient care.
• Proficiency in utilizing current physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient education.
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial remuneration, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
