HVAC Service Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our service division—building relationships, solving client problems, and growing long-term partnerships. Your mission: drive HVAC service agreement sales while offering customized solutions for repair and retrofit work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and service offerings to commercial/industrial clients.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound efforts and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver proposals focused on ROI, risk mitigation, and building optimization.
  • Present value-driven solutions to facilities teams, engineers, and building owners.
  • Lead and close sales opportunities, consistently meeting monthly quotas.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless hand-off and fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools; participate in sales meetings and trainings.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of successful HVAC service sales experience (commercial/industrial markets).
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, building controls, and maintenance needs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients.
  • A consultative mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations.
