Physical Therapist Float - 25% additional premium pay (hours worked) HOURS/SCHEDULE: 4-5 days/week with a minimum of two evenings until close. The schedule changes based on the needs of the clinics.
LOCATION(S): The Physical Therapist Float will float to our locations in Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Milford.
PAY: The combined pay includes a base hourly rate (based on years of experience) plus a 25% premium pay differential for hours worked. 12 based on 5 years of PT experience.

Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and inpatients of all ages from birth through geriatrics with developmentally based exceptions (children under 17 years of age with certain neurological or developmental disorders and/or infants in the nursery or NICU). Floats to multiple clinics to fill staffing vacancies on a short-term basis.
Delegates and shares appropriate patients with physical therapy assistants
Provides clinical supervision to new staff and/or affiliating students.
Completes and processes insurance and third-party payer information in a timely manner.
Maintains clinical competency and uses equipment and techniques which are safe and appropriate for skill level.
Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy required.
~ Graston Certification helpful - Outpatient PT, Lymphedema Certification helpful - Outpatient PT
~ Dry Needling Certification helpful - Outpatient PT preferred.
~5 years of Physical Therapy experience required.
