Overview:

The KellyConnect Inventory Support Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining issue tracking systems through reports and charts. This role involves reviewing and auditing departmental procedures, managing work order supplies, and monitoring departmental budgets to ensure operational efficiency.


Location: San Angelo, Texas (Must live in or nearby (commutable distance) San Angelo, Texas)

Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8am-5pm


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Work Orders for manufacturing, validations, programs, testing, and salvage processes.
  • Notify the Capacity Planner of any material shortages to prevent disruptions in operations.
  • Monitor aging Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in Departments 104 & 106 using system reports and physical searches to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate major inventory issues to the incoming shift's Inventory Specialist to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts in collaboration with Warehouse and Vault Associates, adhering to approved procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform JDE PO receipts to ensure all incoming materials are properly documented.
  • Liaise with Purchasing and Raw Material Supply Planners to address PO discrepancies and missing documentation (e.g., COC, packing lists).
  • Review and complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and salvage process tasks daily.
  • Manage Hold Cages to resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Create daily orders in JDE for shipments to Affiliates sites.
  • Provide support to internal departments in resolving work order issues.
  • Communicate changes in batch capacities, receiving priorities, or outgoing raw material shipments to Warehouse and Vault Facilitators and Associates on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Warehouse/Vault/Shipping Associate Facilitator with production meetings for Department 106.
  • Serve as a backup for the Warehouse/Vault Associate Facilitator as needed to coordinate shift tasks, priorities, and overtime.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to current compliance regulations and standards to ensure operational integrity.
  • Promote safe working conditions and practices within the department.
  • Attend and complete assigned training as directed by the Supervisor or designee.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required, or equivalent skills, experience (Associate Degree preferred)
  • APICS certification (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and use of software application(s)
  • Knowledge of ERP system, SAP preferred. Intermediate Excel skills
  • Understands ADAPTIV
  • Understands and adheres to EPS principles and rules
  • English (Speak, Read, Write), Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
