A private non-profit CMHC & CCBHC is seeking an LCSW for contract coverage.

The facility is located ~65mi west of Topeka, KS.

This position focuses primarily on supervision while maintaining a smaller clinical caseload as assigned by the Director. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating qualified staff to ensure licensure and credentialing requirements are met. The role works in close collaboration with the Director on program planning, problem-solving, and strategic growth. It also promotes culturally sensitive and inclusive care, requires occasional travel to regional offices, and represents the agency at community events aimed at raising behavioral health awareness. Additional duties involve participation in committees and workgroups, providing clinical supervision for staff working toward independent licensure, analyzing caseload and service data, ensuring compliance with CCBHC and CMHC state regulations, and staying up to date through ongoing training and professional development.

• Case Load/PPD:  2-5 PPD
• Support Staff:  Therapists, Clinical Director, Director of Therapy, Chief Clinical Officer, Psychologists. MDs, RN, and PMHNP
• Patient Population:  All Ages
