-Installation Technician / CWA - Lead AV Tech

*Standard Field Experience:

• Cabling rough in, prewire, wall jack and rack side terminations
• Terminate all types of cable including but not limited to:
• XLR
• Crimp or solder control
• RJ45
• BNC
• All CAT
• Rack fabrication including cable dressing and component racking
• Understanding of signal flows and types
• Multiple manufacturer wall mount experience
• Peerless
• Chief
• Legrand

- Ability to read pull schedules and CAD drawings

 Ability to operate all hand and power tools

 Ability to operate power/hydraulic lifts

 Mechanical skills for expert video wall installations

 Projectors & Projection screens

 Standard LED/LCD displays

* Finish installation work including:

 Conference table dressing

 Speaker mounting in drop ceilings

 Fabric mounts

 Sound masking

 Microphones

 Video cameras

Terminate all types of cable including but not limited to:

XLR

RJ45

BNC

All CAT

Wiring and soldering of multi-conductor cable

-Standard Daily Physical Requirements:

 Climb ladders

 Lifting up to 40lbs

 Overhead work holding power tools

 Standing on lifts w/harness - heights in excess of 20’

 Repeatedly bend, stretch, reach out or twist

 Standing up to 8 hours per day

Field experience is mid-level to veteran
