About the Facility A private non-profit CMHC & CCBHC is seeking an LMFT for contract coverage.
About the Facility Location The facility is located ~65mi west of Topeka, KS.
About the Clinician's Workday This role is primarily focused on supervision while maintaining a smaller clinical caseload as determined by the Director. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating qualified staff to ensure appropriate licensure and credentials are maintained. The position collaborates with the Director on program planning, problem-solving, and organizational growth, while also promoting culturally sensitive and inclusive care. Travel to regional offices may be required to support operations and foster community engagement.

Support Staff: Therapists, Clinical Director, Director of Therapy, Chief Clinical Officer, Psychologists. MDs, RN, and PMHNP
