We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Planner to support an upcoming project.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on planning experience in a refinery setting, collaborating with skilled trades and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field/job walks with operations and contractors
- Scope requested maintenance work to identify necessary PPE, parts, equipment, scaffolding, insulation, abatement, etc.
- Develop accurate job plans with complete job sequences
- Align labor resources, materials, tools, and internal/external services needed for each job
- Requisition appropriate parts and materials
- Resolve issues related to job scope, priority, and resource needs
- Support safe and timely execution of maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting or working with skilled crafts (e.g., pipefitters, welders, rotating equipment mechanics, insulators)
- Familiarity with maintenance workflows and refinery operations
- Preferred: Experience with IPS software
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work safely in field and industrial environments
$35 to $38 per hour
No daily per diem, but can apply a per diem split for non local candidates
