Responsibilities
The Maintenance Sales Representative Specialist will support the sales department in optimizing the sales process, improving sales strategies, and driving overall sales performance. This role is crucial for ensuring the alignment of sales processes, analyzing sales data, and assisting with the implementation of sales initiatives that help achieve the company’s growth objectives .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Analyze and improve existing workflows to ensure efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices for using CRM and other sales tools.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales-related systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help the sales team make informed decisions.
- Assist in sales forecasting by gathering and analyzing historical data and trends.
- Help with the preparation of revenue projections and sales targets.
- Provide analytical support to the sales leadership team in evaluating sales strategies and performance.
- Support the sales team by ensuring they have the necessary resources, materials, and information to engage with prospects effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales teams are equipped with up-to-date collateral and messaging.
- Assist in managing and maintaining sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Help identify and implement new tools or systems that can enhance sales performance.
- Coordinate with IT or other departments to troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper integration with other business functions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into sales performance gaps and recommend action plans to sales leadership.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on sales effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience / Skills
- 1-3 years proven experience in a sales operations, sales support, or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.Â
- Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
