As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our outpatient office, you will work onsite, collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals including licensed physical therapists and rehabilitation aides. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement treatment programs under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, utilizing manually applied techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises.
• Guide patients through specialized exercises that align with their recovery goals, ensuring they understand each step and its purpose.
• Monitor patients closely during sessions, documenting their progress, and reporting on their condition to the supervising physical therapist.
• Assist patients in using assistive devices such as walkers, crutches, or prosthetics, to aid their mobility and independence.
• Provide education to patients and their families on post-treatment protocols and home exercise programs, empowering them to maintain progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute insights based on your clinical observations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to strengthen your clinical skills and become a mentor for new staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits
