We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join the team at Mend Force Physical Therapy in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. This full-time position involves providing high-quality rehabilitation care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, ensuring each patient receives a tailored treatment plan that promotes recovery and enhances their quality of life.

Working onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physical therapy assistants and physicians. Our therapeutic setting is designed to promote patient-centered care, while our staff enjoys a manageable workload that allows for individualized patient attention. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a healthy work-life balance.
Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals experiencing chronic musculoskeletal pain. Our clinic emphasizes community involvement, and you will have the opportunity to engage with patients from various backgrounds, helping them regain mobility and achieve their rehabilitation goals through dedicated care.
While a minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, candidates with recent clinical experience and a strong academic foundation are also encouraged to apply. Experience with electronic health record systems and familiarity with clinic workflows would be advantageous in this role.
Mend Force Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
