We are a local payroll provider that is looking to expand our current staff. We have been in business for 15 years and are located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Customer Service Representative located in Bethel Park, PA. The Payroll Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing payroll administration, processing payroll services, handling garnishments, general office duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with clients and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services a plus
  • Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in payroll or finance are a plus
