Salary: Up to $87,000 annually

Your Role:
• Maintain employee health records, including TB screenings, Hepatitis B, and flu vaccinations
• Coordinate and lead educational programs for staff
• Oversee New Employee and Nursing Department Orientation
• Assist with the hiring of RNs and LPNs as needed
• Ensure all staff complete required educational in-services and comply with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current RN license in Ohio
• Minimum five years of nursing experience
• long-term care experience preferred.
