We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team deliver exceptional service and close deals efficiently.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support sales reps in identifying the right products and accessories for customers.
  • Provide cost, freight, and availability details to the sales team.
  • Negotiate best prices and shipping terms with vendors and manufacturers.
  • Manage orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, payment, and shipping details.
  • Communicate order status, tracking, and payment info to clients.
  • Collaborate with accounting to process purchase orders and payments.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational qualification.
  • 2+ years in sales or sales support.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish (required).
