We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team deliver exceptional service and close deals efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Support sales reps in identifying the right products and accessories for customers.
- Provide cost, freight, and availability details to the sales team.
- Negotiate best prices and shipping terms with vendors and manufacturers.
- Manage orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, payment, and shipping details.
- Communicate order status, tracking, and payment info to clients.
- Collaborate with accounting to process purchase orders and payments.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational qualification.
- 2+ years in sales or sales support.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish (required).
